Whichever direction you arrive from, the appointment is identical: a proper examination of both ears, gentle water-free microsuction where wax is confirmed, and honest advice if it is not. £40 for one ear, £60 for both, no fee at all if there is nothing to remove, and no GP referral needed. Before you set off, two reminders.
