The practical details
£40 for one ear, £60 for both, everything included, and no fee at all if the examination finds nothing to remove. Adults 18 and over. If you can, run olive oil drops two to three times a day for three to five days before you come; if you have a perforated eardrum, grommets or any discharge, skip the drops and tell us when booking. And the red lines are the same for workers as everyone else: pain, discharge or fever mean GP or NHS 111 first, and sudden one-sided hearing loss, including after loud noise at work, deserves same-day medical attention.
