- From the village and station end: Flixton Road towards Urmston, then keep straight on as it feeds into the town centre and up Higher Road onto Canterbury Road. Five to ten minutes by car outside school run hours.
- From the Woodsend side: Woodsend Road ties into Davyhulme Road, which drops you onto Canterbury Road near the Circle; the pharmacy parade is just beyond.
- By train: Flixton to Urmston is a single stop on the Manchester to Liverpool stopping line, then a ten minute walk up Higher Road.
